Our amazing friends at Decent Works & Supply Yoga are throwing a fundraising yoga morning to support indigo! We are so excited and would love to see you there! Read below for more details!
This December 7th 2019, Decent Works joins forces with renowned Hackney-based social enterprise Supply Yoga to bring to you Yoga + Mimosas.
Hosted at the stunning Dalston Heights space, the session will comprise a 75-minute yoga workshop led by Abi Nolan from Supply, followed by hard + soft drinks from our mimosa bar.
Proceeds from the event will go to Indigo Volunteers!
Find space and stability in your body during this transformational 75 minute strong but slow yoga practice – explore your centre of gravity, your hips and your heart space whilst feeling your way through some mindful, nourishing free movement on the mat. We’ll wind down to a soothing relaxation with simple, soft breath work and a quiet meditation practice. This class is designed to be open level and accessible to beginners but will also be perfect for those looking to challenge their endurance and progress their physical practice. Mats provided.
We’d love for you to join us and look forward to seeing you there. Tickets available via Eventbrite.
Love Hannah + Abi x
P.s. if you can’t attend but would like to help in some other way e.g. with a contribution to our goodie bags or charity auction, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
