Role Title: Marketing and Communications Advisor

Location: Remote

Reporting to: CEO

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Advisor to help us develop a brand new marketing strategy, improve our reach, increase our recruitment and fundraising potential, and communicate the impact of our work!

As a small charity, we don't have a huge budget for comms - but we do have access to inspiring stories, powerful imagery and an energetic team of colleagues who are keen to learn and develop!

This is an exciting opportunity to really help us build our marketing and comms strategy from the ground up. If you think you have what it takes, please get in touch.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a short- and long-term marketing & communications plan to expand the reach and visibility of Indigo across Europe

  • Review and develop tone of voice and brand identity

  • Identify opportunities for brand awareness and promotion

  • Advise our fundraising working group

  • Work with our Marketing Content Manager to grow our digital content, ensuring alignment with our brand, vision and values
