Since the outbreak of Covid-19, our partner organisations working across Europe have had to continuously adapt their operations to ensure the safety of the community we work with.
This new environment poses a variety of challenges when connecting volunteers with partners. At the beginning of October, we therefore decided to pause volunteer applications.
This break enabled us to review and improve our current processes, collect educational resources for our new training page, and start conversations about allyship with our partners.
Lastly, we have gathered a comprehensive overview of the current volunteer needs on the ground and we are now open for applications. Due to Covid-19 and its associated travel restrictions, our partners currently have specific volunteer requirements, which can be found here. Please note that we can only accept applications that meet these criteria.
