This has been one of the most humbling experiences and has taught me so much about myself. I have been so touched by the kids, their families and all of the other volunteers. It has been a privilege getting to know everyone and I am forever grateful for all of the life skills this has taught me. I have gotten over so many fears and the trip has taught be to put everything into perspective. I can’t wait to see everyone again and come back to my “happy place”. This trip has brought me so much peace and joy and is all for an amazing cause. My faith in humanity has been restored.
