Wellbeing Support network

Role description

Indigo Volunteers offers wellbeing and mental health support to people working & volunteering with refugees and asylum seekers, kindly provided by our network of pro bono therapists, psychologists, trainers and coaches.

Location: Remote

Hours: 1+ hours a month

Duration: Flexible

Benefits: Being part of a network promoting and aiding the wellbeing of humanitarians

Note: This is a volunteer role only

What do I need to join Indigo's wellbeing support network?

(1) To be qualified in clinical psychology, therapy, coaching, or a similar field, or;

(2) To have expertise in fields such as trauma informed care, safeguarding, wellbeing, self care or anything that our charity partners and volunteer could benefit from learning about

 

What will I be doing?

Depending on your interest, background and capacity, you may run 1-1 support session with our volunteers, group sessions or group supervision with the team of a charity partner, or run training and workshops. We also welcome new ideas and opportunities that will benefit the wellbeing of our charity partners and volunteers. :)
